Availability

The apartment is normally booked on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 3pm with departure before 10am.

A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of the booking being confirmed by the owner. The remaining 75% is payable 43 days before the start of the stay. There is a 300 euro breakages deposit that can be given to the owner in cheque form at the time of payment. The cheque will be returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is left in the condition it was found in.
