The deposit of 25% of the total rent must be sent to us within seven days of the owner confirming your booking. The deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation.
The submission of the completed enquiry/booking form and deposit shall constitute an offer by the hirer. Once a booking has been confirmed the hirer will be liable for the balance.
The balance must be paid at least 43 days before arrival. In the event of failure to submit the balance 43 days before the date of entry we reserve the right to re-let the property.
In the event of cancellation, the balance less expenses will only be refunded if the property is re-let. Hirers should take out Cancellation Insurance.
Period of hire will start at 3.00pm on Saturdays and expire at 10.00am on the last Saturday of the period booked. Otherwise by special arrangement.
There is a 300 euro breakages deposit cheque that can be given to the owner at the time of payment. All breakages or the need for any abnormal cleaning deemed necessary should be notified to the owner. The cheque will be returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is left in the condition it was found in.
The owners shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the hirer. The hirer should arrange their own holiday insurance. The property shall be used for holidays only - No sub-letting.
The owner cannot accept responsibility for errors or misunderstandings contained in their literature or the results thereof.
